Kiri-ganai Research Pty. Ltd is a research company that specialises in the coordination of complex research and development programs on behalf of its clients. In particular, it specialises in coordinating clients' interdisciplinary and multi-organisational research and development activities directed towards achieving sustainable incomes, sustainable environments and sustainable livelihoods for a diverse range of stakeholders.
Why 'Kiri-ganai'?
In Japanese, 'Kiri-ganai Research' literally means 'research without bounds'. In today's world, complex problems cannot be solved simply through traditional forms of science and technology. Research that engages people, looks beyond linearity, recognises different forms of knowledge, draws upon personal experience, acknowledges culture, negotiates between interests and invites creativity is vital in bringing about enduring solutions.
